恺 = 开兴

Kai is a happy boy.

I must say Kai is the cheerful boy of the house. He is happy-go-lucky. He is smiley most of the time. He plays and laughs hard. Even though it was a bad painful fall 2 weeks ago, our brave boy stopped crying after 10 minutes even before we reached our car to rush to hospital. Recalling back, Mummy and papa are glad and amazed and proud of our Kai's bravery.

Kai brightens the house with his sunshine character. Although we are angry at times with Kai's playful tricks, we will at the same times, can't help loves his cheekiness and sunshine smile. Yes, he makes us angry and laugh at the same time. And yes, he definitely makes all of us love him even more. hehehe...

When jiejie is upset, Kai will attempt to cheer jiejie up as though he is the gorgor. Kai will say, "jiejie, it is okie. Jiejie, it is fine..." When both Kai and jiejie "fight" for the same toy, it is usually our going-to-be 5 years old jiejie who will cry and our 3 years old-to-be Kai remaining cool. At times, Kai will give in after seeing jiejie crying. hahaha... Well, jiejie is a girl. And yes, tears flow so much easier. Mummy could not imagine 2 girls snatching and crying at the same times or 2 boys snatching and fighting at the same time.

There is a reason why papa and mummy pick 恺 for Kai's Chinese name character. It means 开兴.

Kai happily putting on papa's hat before we go out. Doctor has advised absolute no sunshine and heat for good healing of the wound and scar.

Lovely Kai with lovely jiejie
