Tien Hsia

Time flies and Kai has been with Tien Hsia for 3 terms since April. Through Tien Hsia, Kai is able to recognise quite a number of chinese words now. At the end of each term, there is even a written assessment of about 5 to 8 pages where the teacher test his word recognition strength, exercise on picture-word match, bi-hua etc. Kai scored full marks for all the 3 term-end assessment. Well, we don't know if the teacher does help here and there but we are glad that Kai did not reject chinese cos he seems to be a more "potato boy". hahaha..

Beside the written assessment, there is mini performance for the children to show-case to the parents what they have learnt in the term. It is a chance for the children to build their confidence to perform in group and individual to all the parents from N1 to K2 at the main hall. We are very proud of Kai who is always the 1st N2 child to volunteer for the individual performance item for the past 3 terms! And we can always hear his voice during the word recognition flashcard session. Jia you darling Kai!

See how much he is enjoying himself!
