Our little impressive guy

Kai @ 19 months old+ is quite a little impressive guy.. :p

Our little impressive guy is the 开心果 of the house. Kai loves to talk or babble a lot. Even when he is drinking his milk, he can stop to tell you something before continuing his milk. Kai has very loud voice. Mummy always jokes that he will be the National Day's commander when he is 18 years old! hahaha...

Kai is doing well in recognising and observing his surroundings. Kai can recognise and say out all 26 alphabets except M, N, W (these sounds are quite challenging for him to articulate at the moment)!! Mummy and papa are very surprised and proud of Kai's memory. Kai can also recognise number 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. Kai will move his fingers and mumble 2, 4, 6... as though he is counting! haha... by the way, did u realise that they are all even number. haha..

One of our play session. Kai loves to play with these blocks. Stacking them up and demolishing them. Sometimes, Kai will pick them one by one and read the alphabet to himself spontanteously!

In addition, Kai is learning how to recognise colours now. Mummy plays the wooden pegs coloured fishes puzzles with Kai quite often. Now Kai can pick up those wooden puzzles by their little nods and matches most of them nicely and correctly by colours with some guidance.

Here I am with my fish puzzle. :D

2 weeks ago, ah ma told mummy that Kai pointed to his name alphabets pasted on the bedroom walls and say, " K A I" when he was playing in the afternoon. :D With National Day round the corners and the flags flying everywhere, Kai will shout, "flags" whenever he sees them.

Kai can speak short sentences at times as well. "Where is the car?" "Where is the shoes?" "Where is jiejie?" "where is it?" "Car is here!" "Wear shoes" "I want" Good job darling boy!

Kai has also learned the magic word, "please!" So lovely and cute when Kai says "please".

Kai is also quite a generous boy. He usually does not pick on small matters such as snatching toys. His magic word is "share share". When we go clinic, he will willingly give up the toys in his hands to others when other little friends want them. And with that, he has won of lots praises from other uncles and aunties in the clinics and restuarants! **That made mummy so proud of Kai at that moment!**

One of Kai's favourite activities include standing at the window to watch passing cars, taking a walk at the neighbourhood areas and even strolling along the corridor is enough to make his day. Now Kai can differentiate between car and bus. In the past, everything on the road is car.. hahaha..

Times passes so fast and little Kai has grown up so much and so fast. Mummy and papa are treasuring these growing up days and stages as much as we can. Can you believe that our little Kai is going to be N1 next year? Mummy can't believe it.

Kai can turn open bottle cap too.

Kai likes to try on others' shoes and walk around the house.
Do you know that Kai can walk a few steps in mummy's 2 inch heels!
