Mummy and papa have originally thought that i will not be taking the jab today cos Kai is down with flu bug. However, Auntie Dr Toh said that it is fine to go ahead since Kai has no fever. Kai has gotten the flu virus from jiejie. Mummy and papa said that it is avoidable cos both of us are almost always together. :p but with 2 recent same episodes, mummy said that she will try to keep us a distance in future whenever either one is not well.
Today, Dr Toh said that Kai is a big boy for my age! I am now 10.3kg (>97th percentile) and 76cm tall (>97th percentile too!) at 8½ months old. hehhe... Kai's appetite has been good. The quantity of porridge has increased over the weeks and i am drinking 240ml of milk every 3 hours. I have bread, apples ... in between meal.
When Dr toh popped the needle into my right thigh this morning, Kai let out a short cry but i soon recover my composure in 1 minute. :) Brave boy!
