It has been quite a while since i write. Mummy has been really busy (+++busy) over the past weeks. Mummy exclaimed that both jiejie and me just didnt let her have a 15 minute breather throughout the day. While jiejie is taking her nap, Kai is awake. When Kai is almost falling asleep, jiejie woke up. Mummy put up both hands. :p
An update of Kai's development over the last 2 weeks. :)
Kai has taken my 2nd dose of Hepatitis B jab about 2 weeks ago. Kai let out a big cry when auntie Dr Toh poke my little right thigh. Ouch ouch pain pain u know. Mummy and papa are happy that Kai is growing well and I weigh 4.2kg and am 53cm tall at 1st month.
Kai had my 1st Chinese New Year this year! Mummy said that Kai lost my ah Zuo in late 2008 and we are not celebrating CNY this year. Mummy is sad that ah Zuo didn't get a chance to see the arrival of Kai, her first great grandson. Mummy said that ah Zuo is a traditional woman. Ah Zuo was very happy when she knows that mummy is expecting a son. Mummy said that she will share with me more about how great ah Zuo is when i grow up.
Everyone was happy to see me when i visited both paternal and maternal ah ma's house during CNY. As Kai is still a small baby, I was sleeping most of the time (except for waking up for milk). Wait for me and i shall grow up and all ready to play with jiejie, all cousins, jiujius, ah kim, shushu and gugu when i grow older.

Shy Kai
Kai is still waking up every 3 hours for milk most of the night although mummy is happy that it does stretch to 4 to 5 hours at times. :) Kai also noted that Kai is getting more and more awake now in the day time. On certain days, Kai just refused to take power nap in the day time despite mummy and ah ma's constant rocking and singing. In addition, Kai will even "sing song" making mummy and ah ma real busy carrying me throughout the day. Mummy believes that Kai will accustom to better sleeping pattern as i grow older. So no worry! :)
